I couldn't move, couldn't speak, couldn't stay and couldn't go. I remained "stuck" in bad situations for years because I was afraid to rock the boat; afraid things would be worse if I made a wrong move.

I have faced my fears, reworked my thoughts, regained my power, and have successfully taught others to do the same.  I’ve trained and mentored with the best coaches and am completely focused on helping clients move forward. My passion is doing this life-changing work with people like you.
